Transparent shadows on some rendered graphics

Description

Problem: Some of the buildings are having transparent regions that should be 100% opaque. Next step: check how much artwork is affected this way. Possible ways to repair things: 1. Fix in 3D file, re-render. 2. Fix in 2D, do not re-render never-ever. 3. Do not fix it until good reason will appear (lightning setup change, base tile size change).

Affected assets: long coat male (hands, armbelt) male_farmer_1 (as above) npc woman (bag) container_house (some of the shadows are NOT transparent here, also the stairs may look strange for someone) archway gate (Stuff sign) guard tower (snow on the roof)
