Containers do not have unique contents

Description

Currently the crates in the game will open the same statically created popup box. If you move the sword in one crate and then open the other crate you will see the sword has moved in that crate also. We need each object to have it's own contents.

When doing this you should take ticket:137 into account so that the popup only appears after the animation has finished, or when it is already open.

I have added a patch that makes the containers have different contents. For now they all have the same starting items.

Might be best if ticket:137 and this one are put into i patch

I'll add a patch thah combines both patches into 1.

(In [395]) Ticket #137 and #138. Patch by Beliar (confirmed by eliedebrauwer). Fixes footlocker animation, added support for opening/closing footlocker animations, added footlocker onto the map, isolates contents of containers. Added copyright notice to layer_fill_utility.py. closes #138
