Need a build script to package parpg, fife and libraries

We need a script(s) to package up PARPG, FIFE and any other libraries we may need so tat non-developers can download and try out the game.

It may be worthwhile to look into how the UH project has tackled this problem.

I'm currently looking into packaging on win32 and so far using NSIS and HM NIS seems rather promising:

•  http://hmne.sourceforge.net/

We should prolly modify our python scripts to load the FIFE engine core library (_fife.so on *NIX, _fife.pyd on Win32) from a directory within the PARPG base directory. E.g. C:\parpg\fife\swigwrappers\python while all PARPG files reside in C:\parpg.

I've played around a bit with NSIS and HM NIS but I didn't have enough time to wrap my head around both tools. Considering that there are a bunch of other release-related tasks I'll have to take care of (uploading the packages at sourceforge, release PR), I won't have the time to actually put together the win32 packages, at least if we would like to provide a real installer.

So hopefully some other win32-based programmer can look into it. If everybody is busy around the time when we plan to ship the release, I could provide a simple 7zip archive as option of last resort. Surely not as good as an installer but getting a release out might be more important than proper packaging at this point.
