Added some building tiles to simulate a building.
Added a 'blocking' tile to enable non-visual blocking.
Extanded map size a little.
Adjusted /utilities/transition.py and added instructions.
Rejigged map file to add a buildings layer (experimental).
Minor adjustment to /scripts/world.py to add new layer.

4First of all, you will need the Fife engine to install, see:

8When you have Fife installed, this directory (/PARPG) needs to be copied into
9your /fife/clients directory. You can then run the code with the command
10./run.py from /fife/clients/PARPG/ (Windows users may have to use the
11command python.exe run.py). You can exit by either pressing Q or closing
12the window in the normal way.

14It should be noted that PARPG is in no way a complete game as of yet.
